Her many lip syncs videos earned her fame, most notably the video she shared where she was lipsyncing Soph Aspin By Millie B. This video is now TikTok's top-rated video. She launched her YouTube channel in April of the year 2020, months after joining TikTok. Poarch was also known for her alpaca toy animal Paca. In 2020 she released a limited clothing line RIPNDIP x Paca collaboration.
