Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP and my fun-loving Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. The majority of people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I share my daily life, highs, lows and everything that in-between. When I was in 1990, I came to America along with my brother and parents when I turned one-and-half. Without my parents' love of dedication and hard work and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my journey. Knowing that I could be a successful person, I was determined to succeed and make my parents happy. My goal was in a way that I could attend university, find a job with a large corporation to marry, then purchase an apartment. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. But life has other plans to teach me what success meant. In 2013 I found myself dreading going to my corporate job the money and status didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was wasting my life off to make a buck when I knew I was in the right place to be more. In my search for this different career option, I discovered that I was passionate about fitness. I also loved socializing and helping others. In 2014, I launched my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my seventh anniversary. Very few Asian women are employed in this sector. As coach, my mission is to inspire others and help them lead a an active and healthy life by establishing sustainable and healthy lifestyles tailored to the individual's requirements and desires. Additionally, I aim to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams and achieve anything they desire to achieve. While my professional life was taking off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my lifein the death of my mother. Her eight-year battle was won. fight with the disease and is resting in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and heart always. It is true that life has the ability to provide us with the exact thing we need, even if we're not able to see the lesson at this moment. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I am convinced that my mom gave me a second chance to be alive through her passing. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to live a brand new and exciting life which gave me my second chance at living an enjoyable and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like it's a good time to be alive. My experiences are shared with you so to share with you the experiences I've had and my words. This can help you know you're not alone. It is possible to achieve any thing if you put your thoughts to the task. Therapy is both natural and important. The health of a person is the most important source of wealth. Because death is the last thing we have in life, I hope you enjoy every moment of it and end your life without regrets.
